It’s can be designed for all variety apartment types. The plant room is a prefabricated room that patch on to apartment,that can provides extra living space for green gardening, and also can help improve the sustainability of the building.

This interesting idea from The New Zealand team came since most of all apartment building that was built could be upgrade or add by sustainable clip on room. It’s give more benefits since we don’t have to renovation or tear these building down jus to re-arrange the room.

It’s just to patch the plant room to your apartment complex, then you can use the plant room for gardening, grows some plant and veggetables, compost organic waste, and create a bit of extra living space.

The top of the Plant Room also features with a green roof and a solar hot water heater, which can provides enough hot water for the apartment. Besides of that, thr Plant room also acts as buffer for the apartment, protecting from the radical sun light, and providing more oxigen for the apartment.

In winter, this room can collects heat from the sun and circulate the warmth into the apartment, while in the summer it provides shade from extreme heat.
