    MVRDV has recently launched an eco office building for paris, and the building is powered by solar panels combined with green building techniques and proven effective for the environment.
    The pushed slab building, Designed in collaboration with local Architects Northwest Paris Nord, has been Designed as an intermediate layer of the slab with a window open for light propagation in urban and natural Increase and Ventilation. Energy efficient office building was originally Designed for the development of Zac Rungis station – the area of “first ECO” in Paris.

    Backed by 1.500 square meters of solar systems on roofs, office building is planned to Produce 200 MWh of renewable energy annually. In Addition, the building will from include a variety of green strategies proven to reduce energy demand to 49 kWh per m2 per year. Insulation will from be installed outside the building to reduce thermal bridges. Natural Ventilation will of reduce the need for cooling, and the curtains on the south side will of reduce solar gain. The entire structure is wrapped in leather local certified wood from France, Which provides optimum control of light in interior spaces.
