Oxley Park, when completed, will consist of a total of 145 units, each with a highly flexible and adaptable to changes in society, taste and space requirements.
Fifty-six units will be designed to meet the targets set by the £ 60,000 English Partnerships, following a competition called Design for manufacturing.
