Malaysia is a country that is familiar with the icons of the building. Two of the world’s tallest building, Petronas Twin Towers, located in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of the country. So, no surprise to us that the new housing development planned for the amazing harbor known as the Putrajaya Precinct 4, just 30km south of Kuala Lumpur.

Design contest winner for Precinct 4 comes from Studio Nicoletti Associati and Malaysian architects Hijjas Kasturi Associates, who provide the masterplan of Putrajaya. The purpose of the designer is to provide a model for sustainable residential design inspired by the unique view of the city that includes a broad artificial lake.Biggest inspiration came from the sea and the entire development resembles a fleet of ships.
