Arlington, Virginia recently received the first LEED Platinum home, which once held the honor for Best Single Family Residential Project from the Virginia Sustainable Building Network. A collaboration between Metro Green and Kaplan Thompson Architects, four-bedroom family home and the attic blend of contemporary architecture with a sustainable trail.
